  • Orders under $100 incur a flat shipping rate, clearly displayed during checkout.

  • Delivery timeframe: Typically 3-7 business days.

Express Shipping

  • Express shipping options available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Delivery timeframe: Typically 1-3 business days.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (AEST) will typically be dispatched on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM (AEST) or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your shipment's progress directly via the courier’s website.

Delivery
