Returns & Refund Policy

At The Perfume Guys, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original product and place a new order once the return has been accepted.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
